I’m Kush Zingade, a full-stack developer who builds modern websites on Next.js, React, and TypeScript — with payments, AI, and a CMS your team actually owns. I’ve rebuilt slow, dated sites into fast ones for a Paris film festival and a film-education platform, and I work directly with every client from the first call to launch — no agency layer, no handoff to a junior, no game of telephone.

The stack
Next.js 15, React, and TypeScript; a self-hostable CMS; Stripe for payments; and AI built on the latest Claude models when it earns its place. Every build gets measured on Lighthouse before handoff, and you get the before/after report either way — the two I’ve shipped came in at 98–99 desktop, 85–91 mobile, with a perfect 100 on SEO and layout shift eliminated on both.
